This is a 60 hour course for bank employees whose level of English is elementary. It is specially degned to provide a variety of practice in grammar, listening and note-taking, reading comprehension and writing, with the emphasis throughout being on the development of spoken English. The topics covered include opening and closing accounts, foreign currencies, traveller´s cheques, direct debits and standing orders.

There are detailed teacher´s notes at the back of the book, providing guidance for teaching each section, as well as tapescripts for the dialogues and answers to the tasks.
